I thought I'd show you around my ever-changing craft area. I can't quite call it a room because I have carved my space out of the back of our family room in the lower level of our house. I even share the floor with the treadmill. One day I will have a room all to my own but for now, this little spot is just perfect.
So here is a wide view...

I am sure the first thing you noticed is the movie poster. It's quite unusual, no? Hahaha. My husband bought it for me for my birthday last year. I am a fan of Gerard Butler, but he bought it for a laugh. And you can't leave a poster like that rolled up in a rubber band!
So on to the rest of the room...

This is a dresser I acquired recently and I plan to paint it this spring, to match the rest of the furniture. On top, is my trusty Royal #10 typewriter, jars full of washi tapes and twine, a basket full of tags... stuff like that.

Here's whats inside...

Back in the corner are my Iris carts full of embellishments, cardstock, paper scraps, my newish goodies, seasonal stuff.

The basket holds kits, extra page protectors, albums...

This shelf holds my Cuttlebug and dies, my most used clear stamps, and some spools of trim. I took it from another room in the house and painted it black. It fits perfectly at the end of my desk.

I bought out my Target when they were selling those wire baskets last year. I use them all over the house. They were perfect for this shelf!
Here are my punch drawers. The ITSO fabric drawers from Target fit perfectly in these cubes. I like the half sized drawers so I can see down in them without pulling them out.

Here is where I store most of my paper by manufacturer, my most used cardstock colors and the binders are full of clear stamps by manufacturer.

I store all of my buttons loosely in these milk glass vases...

another typewriter. This one is a toy from the 50's.

And the desk that I work(stand) at. I have my pegboard on the wall I don't think I need to list whats stored there ;). Most people say it looks like a store! lol

My ribbons are all hung on paper clips strung onto giant binder rings. I just clipped them up on some hardware loops made for the peg board. The buckets hold all my most used tools, pens and pencils, more tags(I use them a lot). I love that they are within reach and off the desk top.

Yes, my lamp has eyes. :P
Under the table is another set of carts (I found them at JoAnn's) They have shallow drawers. The one on the left holds stuff like epherema, brads, journaling spots and small embellishments. The one on the right holds stamps, inks, blocks...

And here's my adhesive thingy (haha). I found it on clearance at Target and it holds all my glues perfectly!

Its a hodge podge of modern and vintage storage. Maybe a little whacky but it works for me.
Thanks for stopping by!
